Tablets
The processing of the tablets can be for:
- Direct compression
- Wet granulation
- Dry granulation
Available weights range from 80 mg to 4-5 g. There are numerous sizes available: round from Ø5 to Ø25 mm, oblong length from 17 to 22 mm, with the possibility of pre-cutting for fractionation.
Capsules
The processing can be done in the various formats:
- Like "00"
- Like "0"
You can use food or vegetable gelatin capsules, transparent, white and also in various colors.

Mixed
Shared collaboration, with partial supply of raw materials or materials by the customer.
Processing account
Production or processing of semi-finished products provided by the customer.
Raw materials
We search and directly select the raw materials and ingredients for the realization of the products in Full Service mode.

Management policy
In order to be able to ensure for each processed batch the use of “young” raw materials that preserve all their active ingredients, in the area reserved for the management of raw materials, only the amount of raw material necessary for the processing of the batch of product ordered by the customer is stored.
Despite the fluctuations in the costs of raw materials, we believe that this procedure is essential to be able to produce high-quality finished products.

Packaging
Automatic and semi-automatic primary packaging
- Packaging of tablets and capsules in PET and Glass bottles of various sizes and colors, or in white and transparent blisters.
- Packaging of powders and granules in bottles of various sizes and in sachets from 5 g to 20 g.
- Packaging of Softgel in PET and Glass bottles of various sizes and colors or, depending on the weight, in white and transparent blisters.
Secondary automatic and semi-automatic packaging

Tertiary packaging
- Custom packaging, packaging available in shrink wrap, also custom trays, cardboard boxes, custom palletizing.
